A highly requested Pokemon~~
I think this has been the quickest piece I've done for Pokemon. I was already pretty set on the idea,
and the tutorial I uploaded the other day really helped myself out, LOL. Yes, I don't actually have a
set method to finish my works but it's pretty similar to that! And I'm getting really used to it!

I gave Swampert veins in his biceps...Not evident though with the rain -_-
May upload a rainless version to show and define his muscularity
