I like her posing and how you drew the rainbow ^^ Some points of improvement I think are the hands, they are way too small in proportion to the rest of the body, you should be able to cover most of your face with your hand pressed against it. Another thing is there's a lot of pink and I think picking a pink background really washes her out making the rainbow and the wings the first things you look at because that's where most of the contrast lies when here the first thing you look at should be her face.

Ah I can see it being a stylistic choice for the hand on the right but then the hand on the left makes it come across as an error because it's actually much smaller than the hand on the right. Even though you can't see the thumb the whole hand overall should be enlarged to be slightly bigger than the hand on the right because based on her posture, it's closer to the viewer.

Now that you mention it i didn't quite see that they were both different in size, i think i focused too long on the one on her hip so the other one i kinda blew off, i'll learn from this though. (:
