Eh, knowing how things worked out, Carmen probably kicked Pamela's ass after this scene. Or, in true Patrol 03 fashion, Pamela attempted to turn the wheelchair's various gadgets onto Carmen, only for them to backfire onto her spectacularly.
But, all in all, it's no contest. Carmen's the cuter one.
