Hate to say it, but in so many ways its almost identical to Unit 02 of Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Coloring is almost identical, face is similar, the attachment for the shoulder is almost identical. That and calling it N2 ... too many shades of being identical to Eva Unit 02.
