I've been having an obsession with Arceus as of late....>.>anyway, this is a sketch done with marker then scanned and put onto a background.
Still don't have a tablet or photoshop so I'm trying to make the best of it XD

I was trying to get the correct colors of Normal type Arceus but my markers refused XD
