And eversince that punishment, Yami became a good boy. And it proves that Yugi will do ANYTHING to make Yami a good boy! XD Even doing something he will never do until he has no other choice but to do it.

Probably because in Ancient Egypt it was common for most pharoahs to hit puberty at a young age, hence the voice. He was 15 as a pharoah when he was sealed in the millenium puzzle. Yugi was a short 16 yearold sophomore (in japan grade level) when he finally solved the puzzle.
