Tried digital painting.. I think it's obvious who I was inspired by... ._.;It took quite awhile to produce, but it was really fun!
I need to work on my values again... o^o

Ah, wow, that's awesome. Lilligant is one of my favorite Grass type Pokemon and you've done a great job of depicting it in the kind of environment it lives in.

You're welcome. To be honest, even though people generally seem to like my art, I usually don't like how some of my stuff turns out. But then again, I don't have much to work with and I'm not that great at using paints as well as having no experience with a tablet(plus my computer is slow as molasses).

Well, you know what they say: practice, practice, practice! With every picture you draw, you get better and you learn! Then you draw more! It's a never ending cycle, haha.

Ah, that's true. Looking at some of my older drawings from a few years ago, they look absolutely horrible compared to what I can do now. Granted, I have a long ways to go before I get to where I'm comfortable with what I draw. This could take a while, though since I'm rather lazy and tend to just do nothing whenever I've got free time.

Same here! Although for the longest time (quite a few months, actually), I was uninspired to draw anything. I believe I had an artist block, and it was only recently that I began drawing/experimenting again. It was quite awhile. Perhaps you're just going through your own artist block? Nonetheless, it's good to go at your own pace. After all, you want to learn as much as you can; there's so much to explore! It may take some time but in the end I'm sure it will be worth it.
