Wow, that's one awesome work of art on the Bill Cipher there ChocoChaoFun , bravo!
Looking as sinister as he always does on the show and heck a little bit of mystery in that lone eye too, damn nice job. Haven't really checked into the mass of Gravity Falls pictures on the DA but already can't help but get drawn up by your own rendering of this mental nutcase and the great work you did on just one little triangle with a few arms and legs, lol.
But credit is where credit is due and heck this is some very boss work on this character especially when you look closer. Rather find it so neat that you managed to keep track of his fingers and hands so well and you didn't use alot of lighting as opposed to just proper shading just like the rest of his body.
Speaking of that do love the way you chose your direction of light very clearly for the image with his right side showing more shadow then the shining gleam coming from his left side. You work well with your colors like managing the rich, rounded look of his eye and even doing quite well to emote him with only just the one eyebrow. Along with that is the nice sway going with the rest of him like his body is shifting to his left and the legs, hat and such are staying the same or moving along with his movements.
Last but not least a fine job on carrying through the smaller touches like the brick pattern on his triangle form or even the ominous yellow glow as he float into the air. Overall its a damn fine piece of fanart and you should be quite proud on making this character look so good in your work ChocoChaoFun , thumbs up to that.
