A lot of the comments point out that it has a Degas feel to it, which is true, however I do feel that you have style your own and you bring it to this picture. Lovely and captivating, I could stare at it for hours!

Oh very Degas... well done, but my minor criticism would have to be about the middle dancer's right leg emerging from the skirt.. The brilliance of the tone jumps out at the viewer wheras the dark and muted tones of the dress recede from your eye, making the leg seem like another object standing in front of her completely. Something doesn't quite ring true in the angle of the same leg either, as she'd have to be doing something impossible at the knee joint behind the dress to have her lower leg emerging at that oblique angle. Beautiful choice of complimentary colours in the purples and yellows though, which gives it a fresh feel of a crisp morning.

But, the painting was painted from a picture, so, the leg really is that way.
