Ah yes, I got a lot of use out of those Volcanoes in BL1 and 2! Mordecai was my favorite from the first game for sure, not only for his playstyle but also for his quotes. Dying sucks less when you get to hear him scream "WHYYYYYYYYYY" or "I NEVER DIEEEEEE" every time you do it, hah.
Slag was fun, too! Never really got into the melee stuff though. I even tried playing a more melee-based build of Nisha in the Pre-Sequel, but the melee controls just felt kind of cumbersome to pull off in the middle of an intense firefight.
