To complete it, imagine Jack being voiced by Phil Harris and Frank by Pat Buttram. And both of them doing the Milt Kahl head swaggle.
(No, those aren't the canon voice actors we'd pick for the two of them but they shamelessly reused voice actors back then and if you needed someone to voice a dumb, grumpy southerner or a chill, confident cool guy that's who they seemed to have on hand.)
