Some sculptures I made of and I’s animal nobility, based on these carvings of the heraldic Dacre beasts: collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O49…

The heraldic devices on the flags were designed by Kwillow to represent the North, De Luxe*, and Hyden families. I'm a big fan of the design she came up with for my bunny, which manages to represent both him and his family on a couple different levels. To spoil the symbolism a bit: You've got a hand with stars, which resembles "using magic"--fitting for a wizard family--but also looks like "reaching for the stars"--reaching for power and greatness. Additionally, Arcturus--a name which has been passed down in Hyden's family for at least four generations--is a red giant star.

*technically it's a quartering of the De Luxe coat of arms with a heraldic symbol for his celestial mother... but I'll let Kwillow explain the more in-depth meaning behind them, I don't really understand this stuff.

Sculpting isn't exactly my main forte, but sometimes you gotta do something a little outside your normal range.
