This is to sponsor a new group who features adoptables for 20 points and under. Steps for Entry

RULES 
To enter, you must be a member of #Poor-People-Adopts at the time of the drawing. Those who favorite this deviation will have their names entered in the drawing twice.Do not steal this art. If you must upload your adopt, upload it to your scraps and credit us (dA rules, too). Do not try to guilt us or the winner! This is completely random so there's no way to cheat! :'DGiveaways will end at the specified time! If you enter after the specified time you will not be entered, sorry! :cYou can resell the adopt later if you decide you no longer want it.
Winners will be chosen through random.org. If the winner does not claim the adopt in a week we will draw again. There will be ONE drawing. The first person on the list gets first pick.
