owo what's this ? I just created a dino oc ?looks like i did
This is Mina , she's a velociraptor hybrid.
Her whole being is a velociraptor, whoever she has both characteristics of a feather raptor and a reptile one like those from JP.
She was raised by a human (WIP) and lives in a cell along with a couple of other dinos raised by the same man (all seperated of course).
Mina is shorter than a normal velociraptor ( referencing the ones from JP ) :

Oh my glob you did a great job on drawing Dinosaur. I'm still planning to draw one. But I thought to make my own type of dinosaur.

Saying that, it reminded me that some says that Dinosaurs have feather like texture, so those color you thought are likely to suit the dinosaur design.

yeah and i also believe that most dinos like raptors or smaller ones would mostly have feathers too
or just scales we dont really know but its proven at least raptors did have feathers uvu
well they now say t-rex maybe had too so i dont know what to believe anymore

I love it if raptors have feather. I like them to be colorful.

tho i think that yes t-rex could had feathers but i think he wouldnt be all covered by it like raptors
maybe smaller dinos would have feathers since people say that 'they are' the ancestors of birds
so it would make sense if they had their body full of feathers
but now t-rex
well lets see
although it would be amazing to see a big fluffy dino like it
