I'm taking this as a Fluttershy humanization. A very... artistic and pleasant one.
I love the varied colour in her hair bringing out all its strands. The face's shape is certainly done well and feels quite real, and those big eyes feel to me like a little callback to how big the pony eyes are. Speaking of the eyes, I like those twin highlights in them, and the iris feels quite lifelike. Lovely nose she has, and that curve of her lips is most eye-catching. I also like what you did with her neck, adding the diagonal lines makes it feel more realistic. Finally, the clothes are quite beautiful. I like the way you depicted the hat or high head wrap or something, and I very much like the way that collar feels. It appears soft and light, perhaps thanks to that fold in front.
