If you know any free program that you can speed up videos and add music in, let me know. :'D

It looks very nice! I like how her hair looks here and shading looks very soft, i like it very much!
As for program, if you only need to speed up and add music, Windows movie maker is really all you need, lol but if you want something more advanced, I recommend VSDC free video editor, it has paid version with more features, but free one is more than enough for me! It may look a little complicated, but they have a YT channel where most features are explained, so you won't have problems learning how to use it ^^
