you use the disable windows blur tool to get rid of the aero effect on windows so you can edit the theme and get ride of the caption buttons and such by using blank images, the min/max/close buttons only shows when you hovered over where they normally are. so they are still there just you cant see them & the taskbar is Rainmeter. all the links are in the description, sept for the theme because it was a personal mod & i'm not sure if i have it anymore.

Sorry, I never used rainmeter before. I downloaded the zip from your link, but I don't understand how to use it. I installed rainmeter too.

The min, max & close are still there, its just they only show up when you hover your mouse over them.
