Description
Pencil sketch inked then colored with SAI using a WACOM tablet. This is remake of an earlier concept, but totally redone in a different media and a different context/setting (though closer to my original intension).
Teenaged Scootaloo shows her true power as she singled hoofedly delivers water to Cloudsdale (does this mean she has 800 wing power?). Although I like the fanon wheel cutie mark idea, it occurred to me that perhaps her talent is more sweeping β not just spinning wheels, but rotation in general.I just hope she didn't level a city earning her cutie mark.

As of right now, Scootaloo still doesn't have a cutie mark. A number of fans have speculated that her cutie mark will involve a scooter (e.g. wheels), which I think is sensible. In this case, though, her cutie mark is a play on the symbol used to represent hurricanesΒ - as a reference to the episode Hurricane Fluttershy rather than a description of the depicted phenomenon, which is more like a waterspout than a hurricane.

...and here I thought it was the Hub Network logo. 
Actually, I think I might be able to find a scene where the Hub logo is superimposed over Scootaloo, which would mean that this is totally canon!
