Description A commission gift for , from

TwilightIsMagic said his friend could use some cheering up so he asked for fluttershy facing the viewer trying to cheer them up.

I tried to think of the most fluttershy way, so she is handing them a ballon but she forgot to fill it up with helium that's why it doesn't float
