Nice! Very Pretty.
I think my favorite thing about your piece is your pattern work. Lovely design on the top of her outfit, and I really like the shrub pattern.
All the folds in her outfit look really nice, and the hair is something worthy of a manga. The flower blurbs in the shrubs are nice too, as they provide the girl as the central focus point.
Your piece is very unique, which is good! However, Maybe using slightly darker colors on the top left corner would be better, as it balances out the picture more, saturation-wise. Also, her eyes (although a gorgeous shade of aqua), look slightly off-- the left eye appears to be bigger than the right eye and a bit too far up her head. Her left cheek seems a bit "chubby" as well.
