I know many people have done something with Pearl and Rose's sword and stuff, but I just feel like I need to ask you in particular. I kinda got a similar idea in my head with Pearl holding the sword and roses and fines and stuff around her, and I was wondering if I could maybe get your permission to make my own version of Pearl holding the sword with roses around her and stuff? I don't want to draw something so similar and then like, you feel like I stole your idea or something because stealing in any form isn't cool at all :c So I thought I should ask.
I'd give you credit and make a link to your (this) picture if I do. and if you aren't cool with it, I completely understand. And I'd show you the picture when I'm finished with it if you want to see it, it would be probably in a different position and in a style that's more similar to the Cartoon mixed with my style, and colored differently and so on.
So would that be ok?

And as long as your image doesn't look to similar to my one (the last one) then I guess it's okay? Since the idea to draw pearl with roses has been done.. but I would feel uncomfortable/saddened if your version looked very similar to my one..

Yeah like I said I got this idea of Pearl holding the sword and with roses to obviously sybolize "Rose" from the "Rose's Scabbered" episode and stuff, and I was really excited to draw it, but then I came across your speed paint video on youtube and I was like "..... well shit..."
So It would just feel wrong of me if I didn't ask you, cuz i really wanted to do it but I didn't want to accidentally steal because someone else did it first, ya know? I don't want to steal :c

But to give you an idea, I did see Pearl looking to the right, but the color pallet is completely different. I see mainly consistence Orange blue and pinks and yellows with bright lighting, and her position, her expression, the way she's holding the sword are different, and the Rose vines have thorns on them, and the roses are a darker red/pink, and there's like, idk wind? And the sword is unshiethed and her eyes are open looking to the side rather than down. So there's a lot of differences, it's just that there's roses around her and she's holding a sword that made me feel uncomfortable without your permission.
Thank you for your permission however, :> and you're welcome, I'm glad I asked. And like I said I'll credit you and make links and everything under my version. I really want to draw it without hurting anyone :c if anything, I hope you like it, and not feel cheated <:<
