I was raised on the train tracks, and spent my childhood walking them from one end of the state to the other, and I still love them today...

when you have good memories then it stays a love of yours a life time. that is the same love i have for traveling. as a kid i was dragged from country to country and yet i loved it.

you are so fortunate that your parents did take you, I know a lot of people who were left behind while their parents traveled and never got the travel love bug.....

no we were not traveling so much as moving between country to country. for a 7 year old having to change schools every year is hard especially when you don't speak the language.
