I really like the lighting in this, and the combination of red and green looks good. My only critique would be that the distance between the eyes look a bit too big with the eye on the right side a little too far away from the middle of the face. (That is of course only relevant if you want a symmetrical face.) The hair and the shadows on the face looks great. Lovely work.
