He looks like Stu Pickles, Homer Simpson and like a human version of Gnasher from Beano comic versions of Dennis the Menace.

I was watching bits o thins not long ago. Struck me how he looked a lot like Homer Simpson at times and sounded like Fred Flintstone at others.

I always did think he sounded like Fred Flintstone. I actually own the film on DVD - it's not my favorite Bakshi film ever, but it's still entertaining.
