It's been like 16 years since this movie was made, and about 7 years since the Internet was fully aware of it. Far worse films have surfaced since then, and admittedly some of the animation isn't bad in some spots. At least it didn't have a dog-faced octopus save everyone on the ship.

Ironically the rapping dog, though he had been in the film as planned, had a different song to sing originally as the movie got retooled into the "Party Time" we know and 'love'. You can thank Jymn Magon for that one.

I was aware of this back in the early 2000's thanks to Jerry Beck! Had to buy a DVD of it from Canada when it was released!

The first video I could find mentioning it was from 2008 (although I've found negative reviews on Amazon going all the way back to 2001), and the Nostalgia Critic reviewed it in March of 2009. At the time of the NC's review, Millvina Dean, the last Titanic survivor, was still alive. (She would pass away two months later.)
