Normally don't upload WIP publicly, but this is my first time drawing Tempest (for real), and I wanted to know...Is this too much fluff?
Considering slimming her down in the chest floofs department.

She took a surprisingly short amount of time to get done... half the time it took to do another particular pony's mane due to appear in the same pic.
