I really like this drawing, the colors are so vibrant and work rally well together. My favorite part would have to be the lighting from the fist. And the characters colors in the suit pair really nice with the color of the hair.
If I were to critique or give any tips on this picture I would say that the left eye (closest to the fist) looks almost the same size as the right one, and how his face is drawn seems to be at an angle so the eye might also have a bit of angle as well.
And to give more dimension to the hair I might suggest that you add darker tones of green in the back of his hair to add more contrast as well as adding a darker shadow for under the arm and a less vibrant yellow on the pinkie hand closest if it is coming from the other fist.
these are just a couple suggestions, but I really like this piece and I can tell you spent time because it was drawn by hand and you also did touch ups. And I don't know if you did it with water color but the colors in the skin turned out fantastic!

First of all, I think that you did a nice job with the colors. You got a nice sense of contrast and your values are really nice.
Now, you should try to improve your anatomy. his eyes and mouth seems placed in an odd position, creating a weird expression. the torso seems really tiny as well and the hands are a bit off too.
I see that you tried to create a perspective effect , witch would look nicer if you created a real focal point. for that, try to put less details on elements on your paintings, like in this case, the hand on the foreground. By doing so , you'll create a focus on the character's face , and his fist, accentuating the lovely colors you have chosen.

First off, you did a good job with the colors, the lighting is very dynamic and the perspective is pretty good, I can tell deku's left hand is closer which is very hard to draw without making it look weird so great job there. For improvements, I'd say to study up on your anatomy a bit more, especially with the body cuz it looks off here like his chest isn't fully attached to the rest of his body. whenever you do bright light like this there needs to be a very distinct opposite reaction with the shadows which you could've done better, don't be afraid to try using darker colors for the shadows, if you do that the light will be more impactful and will make the drawing stand out more. I'd say the hair needs this kind of shading the most, it looks too saturated on its own and really needs those darker tones. This is a very solid overall and you definitely have what it takes to be a great artist, keep at it and you'll definitely get better
