it's gorgeous, very reminiscent of Alphonse Mucha (the whole art nouveau thing is one of my favorites). I love the color, though i think i would like the background more if it were blue and violet to really contrast with the mermaid's hair, but whatever. The lines are fantastic and i love the little crab.

From the physical point, tea is only hot water with flavour. How do you keep it in a cup under water? Well, mermaids are fictional too, so it doesn't matter! However, very good work, very art-deco like!

I'm a swim instructor right now and I've recently begun teaching my students "underwater tea party" as a way to get them to think about holding their breath for a long time.
