This was actually a pic I did a little while ago but after looking at it again I wasn't crazy about the coloring so I took another shot at it. This was really quick to do. Now back to a certain commission I've been working on.Pulsar Pureheart is 's OC

I used photoshop. Create a copy of the layer with the drawing on it and then alter the size . I then dropped the opacity.
