Rico hatching from an egg in Antarctica
And his first word is "BOOM"!
Bio:
This crazy little penguin was born in the same place 3 other penguins were, Antarctica. He technically has no parents(unknown), though he was taken care of Skipper's mother. After some explorers found him and his craziness, they decided to take and sell him. Skipper tried to rescue him, but end up being trapped too, along with 2 other penguins. Along the way, Rico, named by the tallest penguin, was shipped to NY.

I thought of Rico being the most craziest one. To tell u the truth, I couldn't of tell Rico from Skipper in the first movie ^-^; So I thought they could be brothers.
Note: I was figuring out which penguin are the oldest to youngest. Though my friend, help me out. (THIS IS NOT THE ACTUAL TIMELINE):
Kowalski --> Skipper --> Rico --> Private
