Hex is a very young Emberian child who has grown up living under the oppressive rule of the Blitzian Empire. Before he was born he was a test subject as part of the Blitzian's bioweapons development program. He has six fully functioning legs which made him an outcast. He provides for his family, living with his younger brother Kicks and his mother. has a strong sense of hatred towards the Blitzian Empire for making him what he is and making his family's lives harder. He will go into Blitzian towns and cities and will attack Blitzian officials such as guards and soldiers as a way to get his revenge against the ones who have wronged him as well as help those who have fallen victim to the Empire's malicious intentions. He has gained the name "The Spider" by the guards and soldiers and is wanted by the empire for his crimes against them and their members. Hex lives in the shadows only appearing whenever he feels he should get himself involved in fighting the guards.
