My newest character Lucky the Cat. Lucky was actually a scrapped idea for flash, originally flash was going to be a black cat who had magic powers named lucky who had the power to perform spells and transform into other creatures, in a recent poll I did for a new character the "Magician Cat" character was the most voted, so Lucky now officially exists.
So you ready for Halloween?

Very nice design! I would love to give you some critique, but i am not that good at it xD I will just say that the legs looks amazing, i love how you draw them all with that fur, it give a really great effect, the curves at top of his coat and hat also look good and give that nice 3D effect, whatsoever, if the other parts of clothes would also have that kind of curves it would look even better, you can really give your art that nice dimension with them, it is something i would recommended for you to experiment. Legs are awesome, but arms on the other hand not that good, hands are alright and i respect that you can handle them, because as we all know hands are one of most difficult parts to draw, arms should be more curved, if you would just moved his left shoulder a tinny bit to his head, it would make left arm a little more thin, and it would look a lot better - the lines between shoulder and elbow should be at the same distance all the time, or at least i think it would look better one more think i would mention about his left arm is when it connects to his chest, his cloth there should curve more in front he is standing (sorry don't know how to explain it). About his right hand you tried to do it in perspective, but joint, where upper and lower part or arm are connecting look the same as when you draw left hand, that can easily gives the idea both hands are in the same perspective, that's why in right hand you should expose more lower part of arm, if you would want to draw it like he have his arm behind him, then upper part, that can easily give very nice 3D/perspective effect.
I don't know if it will help anyhow, but i hope you don't mind that long comment ^^ still, very enjoyable piece of art!
