Voici ma première customisation "style SteamPunk" totale de Windows 7 (x64)
J'ai utilisé divers skins glanés sur le net et sur DeviantArt (voir les crédits), divers logiciels (voir la liste ici et le fichier "Softwares" fourni dans l'archive)
Les diverses dispositions de Rainmeter sont pour un écran 1920x1080
N'hésitez pas à commenter, conseiller des améliorations, ou relever des erreurs.

This is my first full "SteamPunk style" customization of Windows 7 (x64)
I used various gleaned on the net and on DeviantArt skins (see credits), various software (see the list here and the "Softwares" file included in the archive)
Rainmeter's layouts are for a 1920x1080 screen

How do I install this theme, exactly? I've tried to run it, but it says it doesn't recognize the file type.

Ôo !! Have you seen the video?? This is not exactly a theme that installs with a simple click...but rather a set of tools to create a theme, you must read the "softwares.txt" file in the zip archive, download and intall all specified software, and then play the video for reproduct this theme.
This requires a bit of work but believe me, it gave me even more to put in place... so good luck
