Very close to perfection: wonderful shot. I especially love how you used black and white.

Very nice shot - the presence of people on the bridge and of the small boat passing by are changing a classical shot into something really interesting.
The best would have been to take the picture when some people were a bit further, still on the bridge but in the hazy area... unless you voluntary choose to oppose the two parts of the picture - (with people on the right, empty on the left), which could also be a good idea.
Anyway, great job.
