Lovely shot! The standing man on the left and the cyclist on the right provide a nice balance to the strong diagonals of the sculpture piece, giving a visually-interesting triangular composition. The angle of the shot, taken from the ground or very close to it, lends an extra sense of weightlessness to the suspended umbrellas - and the way it places the sun right on the horizon is very effective as well.
(I also quite like your title!)
