The jumper is a strong ingredient no doubt. But so are are all the others elements contain and composed by your intelligent eye. Each taken separately could stand on their own for sure but when seen in a context of the whole scene they all complete the story of your concept of summer and how much fun it can be at that precious age of no responsibilities. So my answer to your question is, no the jumper is not the best part....they all are and each plays so wonderfully off the other to complete the "full" story in one powerful photograph. I think 90%, or higher, of photographers would have concentrated only on the jumper thus missing the big picture. The kid in the foreground who probably just finished his jump and is taking a breather before the next. The chute leading us to the two guys waiting their turn and hoping to that they get their picture taken as they leap into summer. The jumper in all his glee soaring up through sky like an eagle as puffy white clouds stand witness to the unfolding drama. Even to the boy climbing the stairs up out of the water after his completed dive which leads us back to the boy in the foreground who by now is well rested and will take us back, up and through this never ending cycle of summer fun. To put it lightly...pure photojournalism at its best. It goes far beyond street...its editorially brilliant.
