I was going to make an RPG with my brother but it never got done.MS Paint.

I tried making my own game once.
I got ten backgrounds finished, but coding intimated me. And life got in the way.

It was a point-and-click adventure game like King's Quest or Leisure Suit Larry. It was about a lesbian looking for love in a small town.
I believe I only posted 1 background, but it's buried way back in my scraps section.

This is so neat - I really like how you captured Metroid's original aesthetic, but really injected a lot of your own style into it! I wish you the best of luck in this endeavor if you choose to continue it.

WOWEE. You were going to remake the original metroid? That is very neato'. I have almost beaten the first metroid. I am impressed that can do and are in to these things. I've always wanted to create a simple video game.

I was going to make a new Metroid, not so much remake the first Metroid (I was thinking of remaking an existing Metroid RPG which is french and made in RPG Maker 2000). Yeah Metroid's pretty tough
It's great making videogames, I've done several projects with my brother beforehand. Thanks for expressing your interest and enthusiasm

no not quite he was going to do it from scratch in c++ and I was in charge of the graphics (plus he didn't know ruby)
