Hello everyone! This is Mayor Mallow. Actually, he is not a new design He's been ready since last year, but I didn't post it because I am going on alphabetic order. Now, let me tell you why he was made before a lot of characters, well, the truth is that as I am a Spanish native speaker; I looked for the list of characters in Spanish, so he was the second of the list because "Mayor" in Spanish is "Alcalde". He was actually redesigned, and still looks a little amateur but lovely.Hope you like it!
