What if Brian Griffin from Family Guy got buried in the Pet Sematary?After Brian is hit and critically injured by an out-of-control driver. The Griffins learn that Brian's injuries are fatal, and the family says their goodbyes. Stewie blames himself and the time machine for Brian's death, and in due to his increasingly instability and grief, Stewie dug out Brian's body and foolishly buried his corpse in the Pet Sematary.
Brian really returned to life, but he was no longer the same dog he was before. Although he looked the same as before his death, Brian was possessed by the necromatic force Wendigo infested at Pet Sematary and was full of hatred and cruelty.
