Hey guys I think Vecna's Theme from Stranger Things would suit Pennywise from the IT movies.Both of them targets, isolates, and terrorizes children with hallucinations related to their deepest fears. Much like Vecna, Pennywise creates horrors in the minds of his victims before attacking them. Furthermore, IT's true form is a giant spider. Vecna is inspired by black widows.
So when we see Pennywise scarying his victims with some truly haunting visions, and also during the scenes of his underground lair, I can imagine Vecna's Theme playing in the background:
