When I saw the scene from My Hero Academia Season 5, where a flashback showed us the earlier life of Twice before joining the League of Villains about him having a mental illness and because of that he was treated like an outcast by the hero society, and his backstory reminded me of Arthur Fleck's struggle from the Joker movie.

And in Season 6, where he got betrayed once again by Hawks, a hero he thought he could trust and even considered him a friend turned out he only wanted to earn Twice's trust so he could gain information about the Liberation Front.

After his betrayal, I could imagine Twice saying Arthur's Fleck Quote to Hawks before he attacks him, the one Arthur told to Murray Franklin before shooting him: "What do you get, when you cross a mentally-ill loner with a society that abandons him and treats him like trash?"
