While I really like the work as a whole (especially the shading, which I always manage to screw up in my own drawings), I'm not so sure about her ear. And it looks like her lashes are a bit too long, but that could just be me.

This isn't bad. It's obviously her face, which means that you pulled off a good portrait. However, hair tends to be finer, and I think the eye would benefit from some bright highlights.

Awesome. Natalie Portman used to be one of my most favorite visual models of all the time so... yeah. Great drawing yet I'm not really satisfied with the pose -- in my opinion she looks much better with her entire face and body.

Nice one. Eye are genius, looks so natural. Her lips are too good. But hair - I can see the white spots on it. Maybe it's scan, maybe it's your way of drawing. Anyway, good art.
