Using the Customize Partner options, I've cooked up a special surprise. An AU (Alternate Universe) version of Cell himself in his perfect form!! Behold, Shadow Cell!!

And below is his bio, inspired by the bios/profiles for the OCs of at that too.

Name: Shadow Cell
Race: Bio-Android

Appearance: Shadow Cell has the same appearance as Cell himself in his perfect form, but the green and yellow colors of Cell's perfect form are replaced by black in place of green and red in place of yellow. The rest of Shadow Cell's body regarding his face, neck and hands are the same as Perfect Cell. His feet are also red as well.

Personality:
Shadow Cell is hardly the same as his original counterpart. While he has absorbed other beings to gain the power he has now, he HAS NOT, nor he WILL NOT absorb innocent people. VERY different indeed from his original counterpart. (Something good sis would know about...)

In fact, Shadow Cell is more obligated to SAVE innocent lives rather then absorb them mercilessly, making him happily akin to 's Android Guard OCs and praising them for being NOTHING like his original counterpart as well.

He respects Elery as a partner and a comrade, as well as a rival who can continue to challenge him and entertain him. Never the less, he shows no ill intentions towards the Time Patrol and heroes, wishing only to test himself against powerful opponents. While not being fully good, he is more then happy to side with heroes and gladly help Elery when she needs him. With NO evil bones in his android body to begin with.

Biography:
Shadow Cell is an entirely different version of the villainous android known as Cell. Being created for the sole purpose of testing his power against worthy opponents, he absorbs evil aliens, rather then humans, to become even stronger. Thanks to him being an android, he can freely travel into space and back, and thus he prefers going out in space to gather energy for him to absorb in any form.

He obtains his perfect form in a different way as his original counterpart as well. He absorbs not Android 17 and 18, but Frieza and his brother Cooler! Thus he is occasionally able to extend his stinger tail out again like with his 1st form, and use it as a weapon similarly to Frieza and Cooler, including using it to wrap around his opponent's neck and throwing them to the side.

Traveling soon to Conton City, he is hired by Supreme Kai of Time to be a mentor for Time Patrollers. Hearing about the Time Patrol from her and seeing they're all powerful warriors, Shadow Cell takes this chance to test his power and agrees to coach Time Patrollers in exchange for testing himself against the Time Patrollers.

When he meets Elery, a powerful Saiyan Time Patroller, she becomes his first student and he teaches her his moves, including All Clear, Gravity Impact, Perfect Shot and Perfect Kamehameha, which Elery now uses as her main Kamehameha attack. As for Shadow Cell himself, he uses a variation known as Perfect Warp Kamehameha (Just called Warp Kamehameha in Xenoverse 2), where he teleports to an opponent before firing his Perfect Kamehameha.

Becoming Elery's close friend as well as partner and comrade, Shadow Cell has come to not only respect Elery but admire her power, exchanging his friendship in return to Elery promising him to continue to get stronger, so as to have the ultimate sparing match with him and test his power against hers pushing them both to their very limits!

Techniques:
- Volleyball Fist: An attack that is inspired by volleyball. Shadow Cell smacks the opponent into the air with a two-handed uppercut attack after rolling forward, following suit with a smack with both palms lifting the opponent back into the air, and then jumping up to meet the opponent and smack them down to the ground with a palm strike.
- Sledgehammer: Shadow Cell smacks the opponent with a double axe handle attack that smacks them down to the ground.
- All Clear: A frontal sweeping attack that can negate ki waves, and Shadow Cell can use this technique while guarding as well.
- Kamehameha: A blue ki wave fired from the hands cupped to the side. Can be charged up to Stage 3.
- Spirit Bomb: An attack involving collecting energy and firing a fearsome sphere with large amounts of energy. It can even boomerang back if it misses and hit the opponent from behind.
- Ki Explosion: An explosion of ki that assaults the area around the user. The explosion can be prolonged with more ki.
- Galick Gun/Full Power Galick Gun: A purple ki wave fired quicker then the Kamehameha, but not quite as powerful. However, it can be released in a full powered version that's more powerful, but requires more ki in the process. Shadow Cell's Full Power Galick Gun is renamed Earth Splitting Galick Gun in Xenoverse 2.
- Gravity Impact: A green shockwave of ki that cancels even the most powerful of ki blasts and knocks the opponent back if used up close.
- Perfect Shot: Shadow Cell fires a green ki blast from his fingers for moderate damage.
- Special Beam Cannon: A powerful thin ki blast fired from the fingers. This attack is nigh unblockable breaking through an opponent's guard.
- Super Spirit Bomb: A stronger version of Spirit Bomb, this time the user leaps into the air raising both hands up and charging a massive sphere of ki. Throwing the sphere down, it collides with the enemy and does damage over time before exploding in a massive explosion.
- Super Galick Gun: The strongest version of Galick Gun that can be charged up for full maximum power.
- Perfect Warp Kamehameha/Warp Kamehameha: One of the strongest attacks in Shadow Cell's arsenal besides Super Spirit Bomb, Shadow Cell cups his hands to his side charging a Perfect Kamehameha, before teleporting in front of his opponent and firing. Is called Perfect Warp Kamehameha normally, and just Wrap Kamehameha in Xenoverse 2.
- Super Ki Explosion: The strongest version of Ki Explosion. Does more damage then the original and can be extended for longer with enough ki.
- Full Power Energy Wave: A basic energy wave that does high damage.
- Full Power Energy Blast Volley: A barrage of consecutive energy blasts.
- Spirit Explosion: An evasive skill using stamina to blow back the area, knocking foes back. Can be used even while taking damage.
- Energy Barrier: A barrier that can be deployed to cancels ki waves. The barrier can be kept up by using up ki.

Other Abilities:
- Instant Transmission: Shadow Cell can teleport anywhere he wants, teleporting in front of an opponent if far away and behind them if he's right in front of them.
- Super Guard: Shadow Cell crosses his arms in front of him and deploys a protective barrier that renders him immune to damage for a short while.
- Solar Flare: Shadow Cell brings both hands in front of him closing his eyes as he blinds the opponent with a bright flash of light.
- Rise To Action: An action Shadow Cell uses to regain stamina. Smacking his own cheeks, Shadow Cell is able to regain a bit of stamina from this.
