Description
Here we have a Piranha Plant from Super Mario World (Yes, Piranha Plants date back to SMB, but the spinning ones first appered in SMW).Drawn in Paint. Animated in ImageReady.
And I have learned that Internet Explorer displays animated GIFs at less than half the speed that ImageReady displays them, which made it very hard to make the piranha plant look as though it was spinning quickly...
[Edit]: I have slowed down the piranha, as per request (on multiple occasions). Let me know if he's too slow

Actually the speed going up and down is good, but what I want to do is slow down the rotation so you can see that it's spinning.

You should prolly slow down the animation a tad. But it's deffinetely an awesome emote design.

Sorry... It's the comment about how I like the speed going up/down, but I want to slow down his rotation (which I've done - can anyone tell?) Sorry for the confusion.
