how long did you have to let the latex dry for this effect? and do you need to paint the latex on the model while her arms are together, or is it just that sticky?

hi torridd, the latex was already dry for at least half an hour. It really is that sticky if you don't talc or powder the surface

That's the main problem with the stuff...it sticks to itself and you practically have to drown the model in talc to kept this from happening.
