Seriously, I LOVE deviantart comments. At least they didn't say it looks something from blockbuster animation movies, like... a random creature from HTTYD. It seems all they have inside their heads here is disney/dw animations.

i think turtles are just the new trend right now or something,
when skyrim came out, everything reminded them of skyrim,
when avengers came out in theaters, everyone was reminded of loki (cause, you know, one thing has horns, the other thing has horns = must be the same thing)
when dark souls came out, my stuff reminded them of dark souls.
So there is probably a game or a movie out right now that features turtles, i think that's it.

No, but there are 2 different kind of crazy comments. Those you're talking about are the mainstream ones. But there's also the completely nuts type. It's random+insane and the reaction you have after reading it is normally "you're fucking kidding me, right?" XD

YES! My alarm clock has three different alarms to choose from and all three are three different bird calls. Cockerel, cuckoo and I have no idea what bird the third is but it's still annoying as hell haha!

lal, yeah my stupid phone has a bird sound by default, so whenever i set up a new alarm and forget to change it manually it makes those annoying noises... life sucks
