keep doin what you're doin. dc has a taste for a lot of flavor. if/when you do decide to submit to any mainstream company like marvel or dc, then you'll have to show them sequentials of iconic heroes such as; superman or spider-man. that way they can see that you understand their characters, and they won't have to guess what's going on. they don't generally want to look at creator owned work.
