Meanwhile in the Mushroom Kingdom, Bowser was about to engage the Kingdom at full force with his army. However, the Mario Bros. put a halt to the army alongside Sonic and Tails. Bowser wasn't surprised as he expected them to be there. What the Mario team didn't expect was that not only does Bowser's army have his usual henchmen, but it also contains the badniks. His army appears to have a massive amount of enemies, but Team Mario can handle them all, but not defend and attack the airships at the same time. Now, Mario and his friends will have to fend off Bowser's army until Tails builds a shield to protect the Kingdom, then they'll move on into the offensive.
