I see the message well enough to understand it, but I think (in my reality) the real solution is that everyone in the Congo need to face the fact that their country is starting to collapse, and that they will realize that killing thieves (who steal for the sake of their families and friends, not for themselves) and using war to justify their actions is not okay. Instead, they should just throw away all of those precious minerals in the jungle, and should start a tourist attraction in which tourists must find Mokele-Mbembe.

I wouldn't say "starting to collapse." You kind of need some level of inferstructure to collapse first & the congo just doesn't have that.
Unfortunately the congo is the home of so much ignorance that its centuries away from being able to pull itself out of the metaphorical mud... An of course those problems are compounded by the christian ministeries over there. Oh sure they talk a good game, but honestly, they love the barbarity of the country, because it makes them feel like gods chosen people.
Maybe one day the Congo will be civilised, but it won't happen in my life time, mores the pity.
