I left my life in the bottom of a boat i took a dive over the side, down with the green slime losing my mind, blinded by the salt i'm losing my mind, wrists are tied but my dreams are on fire, wrists are tied but my senses are still alive .... Always the weight of my life in my hands forever the weight of my life in my hands"Marc and the Mambas - My little book of sorrows"

thank you Hanan, ahhhh yes thats when i changed cameras and was really struggling to be able to focus without a stand and so found it difficult to show the detail, but part of the problem was the fact that what i was trying to capture was flat and had hardly any texture or depth

i get what you say but in this particular case maybe loosing depth is not such a bad thing, it pushes the abstraction a little further.
my pleasure dear

you know i love depth and detail Β i kept with it even though it drove Bo crazy ... i was trying everything, all my lenses every setting i could think about eventually i took it with my 24mm twist and tilt thats why the focal length is 0mm
thats also why theres no zooming in

Looks fine to me, Chris. Anyway I donβt think that slightly-off focus would detract to a great degree from the point of view of we, the viewers. It would probably irritate you, the photographer, intensely very time you looked at it though!

youve hit the nail right on the head there, this took me around two hours to get right, in the end i was very very close with the camera mounted upside down under the stand ...
